Operation & Setup

• Setup Steps:
  1. Unbox rack frame and lay out components (base, uprights, crossbars, bolts).
  2. Assemble rack base and install uprights.
  3. Secure crossbars to form rack structure.
  4. Mount vending heads:
     • Align heads with bolt holes.
     • Use bolts + washers (11mm socket recommended).
     • For toy heads, ensure 2” wheel alignment.
  5. Level rack with feet or casters (if included).
  6. Fill each head with product and lock lids.
  7. Test vend all machines to ensure proper operation.
